ISIS releases pic of one of the suicide bombers who carried out attack in N'Djamena, Chad

On Monday June 15, suicide bombers attacked a Police Academy where a graduation ceremony was going on killing at least 30 cadets in Chadian capital, N’Djamena. (read here). ISIS just released a photo of one of the suicide bombers.
